ABOUT JASON KELLY
As the Construction-Related Services Practice Area Leader at DOWL, I oversee three market sector groups including, Geosciences, Construction Engineering and Inspection, and Innovative Delivery and Strategic Initiative. My experience includes providing project management, and inspection for transportation and municipal infrastructure, port and marine and heavy civil projects, including roads, utilities and structures.
