Global Diagnostic Support Engineer Responsibilities: Developing diagnostic procedures for fixing vehicle and software issues, create targeted fix files for single / multi vehicle based concerns, validate and identify process improvements for diagnostic and software issues, liaise with Engineers to create fixes for vehicle concerns by being the single point of contact for support issues, communicate fixes for known concerns to worldwide DTS / NSC’s helpdesks by way of GCM bulletins and SSM’s, advise in the further development of existing diagnostics method applications and tools and provide a level of strategic support and advice in complex customer cases using diagnostic specialised skills to interpret data.
