Oversee PMO governance through risk based fit-for-purpose 4-step Phase Gate review process. Special assignment as Program Manager for “Project Blackout”. Project Blackout was initiated at request of the Board of Directors and was aimed at transforming Clarios\' manufacturing processes through advanced automation and innovative technologies. The project focused on developing a Model Plant Vision to significantly reduce reliance on manual labor, increase safety, and enhance operational efficiency. Key Achievements: • Automation Strategy: Developed a 5-year roadmap to implement ambitious automation solutions across Clarios\' North American facilities, targeting a 50% reduction in labor. • Model Plant Vision: Defined a future state for battery assembly with the goal of creating a \"Dark Factory\" with minimal human intervention. • Benchmarking and Best Practices: Conducted extensive benchmarking of current automation technologies and identified high ROI solutions for implementation. • Cross-functional Collaboration: Coordinated with various departments, including IT, HR, and manufacturing, to ensure alignment and successful execution of the project.
