About Jason Jacobson
I’ve spent my career growing the businesses that build. Since starting in the construction industry in the late 1980s, I’ve helped a variety of companies expand operations, launch new divisions, and deliver compelling projects across the Midwest. My experience in both heavy civil and commercial construction gives me a unique perspective on operational realities across markets. Today I serve as Project Executive and Kansas City Market Lead for Hausmann, where I’m focused on building relationships, winning work, and expanding Hausmann’s presence in the Kansas City market. As Project Executive at Hausmann since February 2026, I lead the Kansas City office, overseeing team leadership and driving operational excellence. My role centers on fostering collaboration, managing pre-construction processes, and ensuring effective team performance to meet organizational goals. With extensive experience in construction management, I have held leadership roles in prominent organizations, where I focused on business development, financial performance, and client satisfaction.
