I have made a career in the Precast Concrete /Cast Stone / Masonry Industry. Developing a love of using AutoCAD to create shop drawings for precast and cast stone. Take the large vision of an Architect or Owner and creating individual details of how to create and assemble Architectural Master Piece has fueled my passion. Using the all the years of problem solving and layout, I added the skill of estimating and takeoff\'s. Being able to see 3 steps ahead made breaking bids down into a valuable skill. Plus having itemized members neatly listed just gives me a feeling of satisfaction. Large project to note would include: OU Memorial Stadium, OU Gaylord Hall, University of Alabama Tutwiler Hall, and Lowell MA Justice Center.

   I started Ultimate CAD Solutions with a large base of contacts that I had gained through my professional career. I focused on providing Cast Stone and Architectural Precast Shop drawings to the Oklahoma and Texas region. I grew my contacts by cold calling manufactures across the USA, and building relationships.As relationships grew into more sales, I began to add additional contract drafters to the Ultimate CAD Solutions team. We utilized a variety of methods to train and problem solve, such as; meeting in person, phone calls, emails, recorded videos, skype, and zoom. Through team collaboration we created an internal CAD drafting standard system that was familiar to us, but also produced Shop Drawings that were unique to each manufacture.Brough on many types of professional, all at different stages of their careers (both veterans and fresh out of Vo-tech school). I take great pride in knowing that a handful of my contract drafters later moved on to be the leads in different types of industries.As needs shifted in the industry, I shifted attention to helping manufactures with estimating and take-offs for Cast Stone and Architectural Precast Manufactures. Many of my personal clients passed on their success of using our estimating service to their clients (all of which were Commercial Masonry Contractors). Once they contacted me we started helping out with masonry takeoffs as well.
