ABOUT JASON HUTCHISON
I graduated from the University of Cincinnati with a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Management. I spent 3 years as a Freight Operations Supervisor at Con-way Freight in Lexington, KY. I took an opportunity to make a transition to manufacturing as a Production Supervisor at Sonoco Plastics in Columbus, OH. As I quickly learned the industry and made sustainable improvements through a systematic lean 5S approach, I had the opportunity to move on to a Production Manager role with Mauser USA, where my team and I excelled increasing efficiencies, minimizing scrap, and focusing on customer satisfaction. I then was given the opportunity to lead our Mason, Ohio facility in the Plant Manager role, and after about 4 years of using the same proven approach, was promoted to RVP of operations for the Midwest and South. Shortly after, I made the though decision take my career in a different direction, and relocated for an opportunity in a totally different industry. I have responsibilities for multiple locations in the west Tennessee and Arkansas area doing road striping. I am highly motivated, learn new processes quickly, and am always looking for ways to improve myself, the processes, and the team.
