Jason is a member of several practice groups, including the Litigation and Dispute Resolution Practice Group, the Construction and Engineering Disputes Practice Group, and the Shareholder and Partnership Disputes Practice Group. He is Florida Bar Board Certified in the area of Construction Law. Previously, Jason served as Chair of the Firm’s Construction, Land Use & Real Estate Litigation Practice Group and thereafter as Chair of the Firm’s Construction Practice Group.
