Expertise in classic and Central configurations, PSL coding, infrastructure build/design. Global Technical Lead within HSBC for Patrol product-set. Former project lead and architect for global implementation of BMC TrueSight. Also experienced in BMC Event Manager, MOM/SCOM, Tivoli TEC, Interlink BES.OS skills primarily in UNIX/Linux, with some background in Windows back in the mists of time.
