About Jason Hill
My name is Jason Hill and I would like to take this opportunity to tell you more about myself. I have recently finished my Masters program in health care administration. I have been going to school full time while working full time as a nurse’s aid through home health, nursing facilities and hospice. I had my State Tested Nursing Assistant License through Ohio. And have recently transferred this certification to Florida. I am now looking to progress in in my experience through administration and am seeking for a great beginning to an amazing career. I am an intelligent and driven individual that has an excellent work ethic and desire to succeed and advance my career. I am self-motivated and have great leadership skills. During my tenure as a home health aid working with hospice, I have received many accolades from my employers, peers and patient families. I have also trained other employees on the positions I have worked in. Not only have I worked full time, carried a full student load, additionally I succeeded in maintaining a 3.2 grade point average. I have a passion for healthcare. My previous experience as a STNA/CNA provided a glimpse into this passion and provided the drive to complete my Master’s Degree in Healthcare Administration. The truth of the matter is that IF the choice were solely mine and I could pick anything it would be in Human Resources, Compliance and Training for the individuals that serve our Geriatric Community.
