As a Senior Risk Analyst on the Digital & AI Risk (DAIR) Management team, I play a critical role in providing Business Line risk functions, in support of the Digital Products and Experience (DPX) organization. The Risk Management function carries the responsibility to ensure all business lines meet the requirements set forth in the Enterprise Digital Policy and its underlying Standards and Procedures. The Digital & AI Risk (DAIR) Management team provides daily risk assessments on any material changes to websites or mobile applications to identify and mitigate risks (operational, process, reputational, regulatory, etc.) before providing final approval. I work in close coordination with Compliance and Legal partners, to collaborate on issues to develop creative, but also compliant solutions, that serve our customers, protect their transactions, and allow DPX teams to maintain their velocity of change.
