Working in the 2LoD, responsible for defining, embedding, maintaining and reporting on our Enterprise Risk Governance Framework, while also training the 1LoD on all the Framework components. I play a key role in the continuous maturity of our Enterprise Risk Strategy in order to maintain this as market leading. To assist, I attend external industry groups to network with fellow risk professionals. Furthermore, I\'m the Senior Risk Business Partner to Railpen\'s \'Member Services\' and \'Technology, Security & Governance\' Senior Leadership Teams and their 1LoD teams. I utilise my knowledge, skills and behaviours to continuously champion and promote an effective risk culture, in order to play my part in assisting Railpen to safely achieve our purpose.
