Over the past two decades, I have had the incredible opportunity to grow alongside some of the brightest minds in tech and finance at one of the world’s most influential tech companies. I began my journey as a logistics analyst overseeing a multi-million-dollar freight budget. I have had many incredible opportunities since then and have led talented teams of finance professionals across a wide range of diverse markets. Today, I serve as Finance Director for Intel Foundry, where I lead a high-impact team responsible for our capital strategy, portfolio optimization, and financial infrastructure across a fast-evolving business. Throughout my career, innovation has been a central theme. Most recently, that has meant applying artificial intelligence to modernize our finance operations and unlock new sources of value. I am particularly proud of what I and my team have accomplished in this space, delivering incredible efficiency and value, while serving as catalysts for change across the broader finance organization.However, what truly motivates me is the ability to make a difference in someone’s career. I believe deeply in servant leadership—fostering trust, creating space for growth, and amplifying the strengths of those around me.
