About Jason Henery
The MSE Coach will develop and drive the culture and processes for Continuous Improvement (CI) for Mars. From a TPM (MSE) standpoint, this is a key role and will be involved in all areas of the operation and business, developing and building capabilities to improve culture, safety, quality, costs, and customer/market value. The Mars Supply Excellence Coach is a Regional Resource who will work with members of the Education and Training Pillar as part of TPM to develop their team, establish and track metrics to measure success, and create and drive a culture of engagement and continuous improvement. The MSE Coach will also be a regional resource to help implement and deploy Poka to support the Education and Training Pillar.
