I began my career at PricewaterhouseCoopers in San Francisco, CA after earning my B.S. degree in Finance from James Madison University. In 2007, I earned the CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ certification, awarded by the Certified Financial Planner Board of Standards, Inc. and the Chartered Retirement Planning Counselor™, CRPC™ designation. I also hold the Certified Plan Fiduciary Advisor®, CPFA® designation and the Merrill internal designation of Retirement Benefits Consultant which includes a select group of advisors accredited with providing access to fiduciary investment and planning guidance services to Defined Contribution Retirement plans. I was recently recognized as a Forbes \"Best-In-State Wealth Advisor\" in 2020, 2021, 2022, and 2023 (Published annually Jan – April.
