In my current role as an External Engagement Manager at Lilly, I work at the heart of immunology and neuroscience, collaborating with cross-functional teams to bring innovative therapies to market. I lead initiatives that support launch strategy, innovation readiness, and external stakeholder engagement—including work with patient advocacy groups and thought leaders.I’m passionate about connecting science with people in meaningful ways and creating opportunities for authentic engagement and impact. & - Local lead for a corporate brand refresh across the Canadian affiliate- Transition lead for a major interagency product deal- Spearheaded the launch and ongoing management of Lilly Canada’s LinkedIn Showcase page- Collaborated across teams to launch new innovative biological therapies in IBD, atopic dermatitis, and alopecia areata—including media relations, internal and external engagement- Founded and launched Doc Talks, an internal speaker series bringing leading immunology experts to discuss disease states, health equity, and emerging science- Co-chair of the Diversity, Equity & Inclusion Council- Chair United Way Campaign

Collaborative communicator who thrives on a challenge. For over 15 years, I\'ve had the privilege of working on complex and urgent health issues—including the opioid crisis, COVID-19, and MPOX. More recently, in my external engagement work, I have helped contribute to societal conversations in immunology and neuroscience. Throughout my journey, I’ve found purpose in building community, managing multifaceted projects, and engaging meaningfully with the public. I\'m a passionate mental health advocate and a strong supporter of health equity. My work has consistently focused on removing barriers and improving people’s experiences within the healthcare system—something I consider both a responsibility and an honour. While the nature of my work is often serious, I believe in cultivating an optimistic and playful work culture. I enjoy connecting with others, learning from different perspectives, and sparking thoughtful conversation. Thoughts and opinions are my own.
