ABOUT JASON HALTERMAN
As Director of Education for Sigma Phi Epsilon, I lead a team focused on delivering impactful, data-driven educational initiatives for undergraduates and alumni volunteers. I oversee the strategic implementation of our member development program (BMP), currently piloted on 110+ campuses, and help ensure alignment with organizational priorities through curriculum design, surveys, and 1:1 support.Recently, I collaborated with our InfoSystems team to launch a new LMS, authoring 50+ courses on leadership, communication, and professional development. I also designed user pathways and learning plans to improve accessibility and engagement across our platform.With a background in fraternity/sorority life, career coaching, and interpersonal violence prevention, I bring a student-centered, equity-minded approach to my work. I’ve presented at national conferences on risk reduction, consent education, healthy masculinity, LGBTQ+ advocacy, and bystander intervention, and served as a consultant to both state and federal agencies.I hold an M.Ed from the University of South Carolina, where I earned recognition for teaching and continuing excellence.
