In my current role, I have the privilege of leading the Project Management group within my organization, overseeing the successful execution of all client-facing projects across diverse geographies.As the leader of a growing team, my core focus is to empower each project manager with the training, tools, support, and trust they need to deliver excellence. I believe that enabling people to thrive in their roles is the foundation for delivering consistent value to our clients.In addition to my leadership responsibilities, I remain hands-on by continuing to lead key client projects—something I value for keeping me closely connected to both our clients and the day-to-day realities of project execution.I’m known for being detail-oriented, data-driven, and deeply committed to ensuring that each project delivers measurable value to stakeholders. I take pride in balancing strategic oversight with practical execution.Over the years, I’ve led cross-functional teams on a variety of business-critical initiatives—serving as a team lead, technical project manager, and operational project manager—across the animal feed, food, and pharmaceutical sectors, including experience in both Contract Research Organizations (CRO) and Contract Development and Manufacturing Organizations (CDMO).I firmly believe that stakeholder engagement is the single most important factor in project success. I prioritize building transparent communication channels, fostering collaboration, and carefully managing the complex and sometimes competing priorities of internal and external stakeholders.
