I’m an experienced, charismatic executive leader, entrepreneur, and engineer specializing in the development of advanced aerospace and autonomous systems. I have twenty-five years of experience leading high-performance teams, building product lines (specializing in SUAS, C-UAS, autonomous robotics), managing highly-technical businesses, and delivering for customers. I have delivered results as a CTO, company founder, board member, and as a leader of product organizations. My passion is building and inspiring teams of incredibly smart people to solve challenging, mission critical problems with high-tech solutions. My teams have delivered solutions for U.S. government agencies and the U.S. military, as well as for commercial applications. I enjoy building products that push the limits of the possible, deliver clear customer value, embrace good design, and have a tangible positive effect on our world.
