   Deliver technical training to Philips field service engineers and hospital engineer customers on the company’s ultrasound product portfolio for them to successfully support Philips’ systems at medical facilities- Serve as a subject matter expert for all training content which includes configuring DICOM connections to PACS and Worklist servers, disassembly/reassembly of system components, software installations, and troubleshooting issues (hardware, network/DICOM, image quality, and software)- Act as site lead (since 2022) for ultrasound service training at Philips’ Cleveland Training Center which includes responsibilities such as mentoring new ultrasound instructors, training schedule creation, maintaining training systems, and ensuring that classroom tools and features provide the best learning experience (an example included creating an emulated hospital network to allow students to practice network/DICOM configurations)- Develop ultrasound virtual machines (since 2020) which includes software engineering activities such as file conversion to allow for file transfer between multiple software platforms, deploying software packages, manipulating the software for functionality on a virtual server when it is designed for physical computers/components, and configuring the software to enhance the end user experience and save on costs- Spearhead and manage (end to end) the ultrasound software engineering virtual machine project used by ultrasound clinical, sales, and engineering teams to enhance their ability to serve Philips’ customers- Create innovative solutions to simplify ways of working and address various business needs; examples include the development of virtual machines for all major ultrasound software releases, designing a Power Automate workflow that bridges multiple software platforms to manage virtual machine access requests, and building a complex Excel checklist to manage onsite hospital engineer training requests, responsibilities, and deadlines
