A native to Portsmouth, I am the 6th generation of Goodrich to call Portsmouth home. College & a desire to work in advertising, too me to New York City for 16 years. My time there was spent managing client relationships, budgets, creative development & media.Upon my return to New England I focused on business development for marketing service companies, servicing clients both domestically & internaionally.My move into residential real estate was driven by my passion for Portsmouth & the surrounding Seacoast area. I wanted to travel for business less, and instead build my job around the lifestyle this area affords. My decision to join the #1-ranked Dow Realty Group was based on both their investments in technology (web, search), marketing & experience in delivering great results for luxury clients.In the last 12 months I listed & sold the third most expensive single family home in Portsmouth history, at $4.4 million. I also represented the buyer of one of the most spectacular condos in downtown Portsmouth. The purchase price was $2.9 million.In addition to working with luxury clients, I also enjoy partnering with clients for standard residential listings. My understanding of the local market is driven in part by my extensive knowledge of what\'s happening in/around Portsmouth. I serve on the board of trustees for the Seacoast Repertory Theatre and I\'m a founding member of the Seacoast Arts Collaborative, which leverages the One Hundred Club as a meeting hub to build community-based arts & entertainment ideas. Additionally, back in October of 2020, I was appointed to the Mayor or Portsmouth\'s Blue Ribbon Committee on the Arts.My focus in on delivering value as a resource for whatever my clients might need in the Seacoast area. I offer access to my deep network of tradesmen, services & other real estate needs.When I\'m successful financially, I reinvest it in my community via support for art & non-profit organizations. My goal is to continue to grow both my own and the Dow Realty Group brands in the Seacoast area.
