ABOUT JASON GOLDWATER
I am an attorney with Gruenberg Law. I represent individuals and companies in litigation, arbitration, and mediation, in employment matters. I have practiced throughout California in both state and Federal courts, and am admitted to all California Federal Courts, as well as the Ninth Circuit. I have experience litigating a wide range of matters, including single-plaintiff, class-action, and PAGA (Private Attorneys General Act) cases. I also advise companies regarding best practices, policies and procedures, on issues that run the gamut from new pay transparency and reporting requirements, to affirmative action plans, arbitration agreements, meal and rest break policies, independent contractor v employer analyses, leaves of absences, and other new and existing issues facing California and US employers.My experience includes representing and advising large, publicly-traded, Fortune 500 and Fortune Global 500 companies in all stages of litigation, including appeals, as well as smaller closely-held corporations or other business entities. My clients have included well-known enterprises and household names in various industries, including the technology, financial services, health care, and manufacturing industries.
