ABOUT JASON GOETZ
I am a Senior Estimator specializing in Mission Critical projects, with extensive previous experience in the Aviation, Aerospace, Government, and Hospitality vertical markets. I am experienced in all aspects of procurement for hard bid, conceptual and design-build projects (including Progressive Design Build) as well as preconstruction cost controls involving cost estimating, cost analysis and value engineering. I have performed cost estimates for all phases of design (schematic design, design development and construction documents) and lead estimating teams in completing projects within budget and without sacrificing quality. In addition to compiling estimates through the design cycle, I have also led subcontracting and purchasing efforts on hard-bid, negotiated, and Guaranteed Maximum Price (GMP) projects.My operations experience in both the office and field allows me to connect with all key audiences - trade partners, clients, operations team members, and estimators alike; ensuring that every estimate is timely, accurate, and encompasses the viewpoints of the entire team.
