My professional background is rooted in technology and healthcare. Whether it’s working in analytics in healthcare or starting and managing a pediatric occupational & speech therapy practice (All About Therapy, PLLC), I apply broad problem solving skills to help drive successful outcomes for patients.As a co-founder of All About Therapy, PLLC (AAT) I’ve been instrumental in creating and fostering a local small business that partners with families of children with delays and special needs to create beneficial outcomes. Without the passion and dedication of providers like our OTs & STs, outcomes like these may not otherwise be possible. AAT’s pediatric therapists see patients in AAT clinics as well as travel to patients’ homes, their daycare and schools all over the triangle region to deliver first class care to their patients. At UNC, I led the development of analytical products and predictive models that improve operations within the UNC Healthcare System. Successes included demand, census and transfer/discharge predictive models that have increased the UNC medical centers ability to accept medically fragile patients from all over the state and country that need the level of care that only a medical center like UNC can offer. We’ve also created analytics and predictive models that have enabled staffing and hiring decisions that ultimately created more bed capacity for patients.
