Cross Functional” Team (2013 to Current)The “Cross Functional” team uses VB.NET, Silverlight, XAML and SQL to create solutions for the internet and the desktop platforms. Currently providing a leadership and development role in developing an “Online Benefits” module that includes an “Enrollment Wizard” architecture that simplifies the process. “Insurance Benefits” Team (2013 to 2013)The “Insurance Benefits” team was created to develop a solution for human resource professionals to better help them administer their company’s insurance benefits, with an added emphasis on providing a solution for the governments new “Affordable Care Act”. Provided significant help in all areas of the development life cycle: research, analysis, design, development and client management. The team was formed in February 2013 with a deliverable date of July 2013, which we were able to achieve and then some flexible, yet efficient product.“WinTeam” Team (2011 to 2012)While part of an “Agile” development team, was a development/programming resource that helped continue to develop the company’s “core” software product. In working with Microsoft.NET, “Crystal Reports” and SQL, worked on a number of different projects. Including, converting a number of programs from “VB 6” to the.NET framework. Also worked on a few high profile projects such as creating a tax filing interface to “ADP” and developing a Workforce Analysis tool/report.
