1. Qatar Foreign Military Sales (Fms) Training Team

   Amentum

   Aug 2024 — Present · Fort Huachuca, CA

   Team lead for a small group of military intelligence professionals consisting of two other contractor personnel. Supports and coordinates customer expectations and the health and welfare of the contractor workforce associated with supporting the course. Manages administrative issues associated with all employees supporting HTASC assigned to the team. Responsible for the evaluation of employees, employee training completion, and employee timecard submission and approval.Conducted two in-depth analyses: one on current course materials and the other on the financial expectations for operational execution. Produced a 20-page white paper detailing necessary modifications of the course material and 12-page white paper on the financial costs of the mission. Worked with local vendors at temporary duty location for lodging and rentals resulting in saving the government $106,080.55. Developed individual instructor certification plans for each member of the Qatar FMS team. Each certification plan included Module audit schedule, Core Competency certification board schedule, and instructor teach-backs and evaluations. All team members were fully certified a month and a half earlier than required. Planned and developed the 22-week training schedule for the Qatari students. Presented training schedule and received authorization to proceed from Program OIC. Assigned primary and alternate instructors to all blocks of instruction. Instructors were responsible for developing and/or gathering all instruction materials and support materials (i.e, practical exercises, quizzes, etc.) needed to successfully execute each assigned block of instruction. This allowed each team member ownership of their assigned classes while still maintaining management and oversight of course development. Coordinated with USAICoE and USMCoE FDOs ensuring all materials where reviewed and authorized for distribution and/or presentation of course materials in accordance with ITAR export policies.
