About Jason Gausta
In the last 10 years, I\'ve had the privilege working across different countries (US, India, and Hong Kong SAR), while visiting many others. Now as Managing Director, I lead diverse teams and tackle complex operational challenges, with a focus on championing staff development and streamlining processes.A few things that have kept me engaged in this work are building strong relationships and creating teams that can deliver real results. Whether it’s setting up new business units or fine-tuning day-to-day operations, I always try to approach things with an eye toward long-term success and sustainability. I’ve seen firsthand how aligning operations with a bigger strategy can help teams exceed their goals, and it’s incredibly rewarding to be part of that journey.I\'m also a big proponent of continual improvement - finding more efficient ways for our global teams to operate and communicate to improve our customer experience. With my Lean Six Sigma Green Belt, I’m always looking for ways to optimize processes, but I also value the importance of flexibility and understanding the human side of business. At the end of the day, it’s about balancing both to create environments where people and businesses can thrive.
