   As a seasoned professional, I concurrently operate in Business Development and Directing of all field operations within the company, ensuring comprehensive oversight for successful construction execution. Handling projects in both Kansas and Missouri. My portfolio includes diverse ventures like Townhome/Multifamily Developments, Tenant Improvement builds, a Medical Light Industrial Plant, and Custom Residential builds. Notable achievements in Tenant Improvement Builds involve SOC infrastructure for a national airline, dental and veterinary clinics, nationwide fitness centers, diverse retail spaces, and design-build tenant suites. In our projects, I implement the unique custom designs, zero-lot-line layouts, multi-story structures with downtown aesthetics, all done within the stringent structurally engineered guidelines. My responsibilities span over all field activities within the company, generating and managing construction timelines, Owner-Architect-Contractor meetings, performing comprehensive site inspections, collaborating with architects and engineers for design solutions, and ensuring compliance with building codes and OSHA regulations. Additionally, I contribute to fulfilling City and Municipal requirements for Certificates of Occupancy, foster positive relationships with municipal personnel, streamline communication between office and field departments, and cultivate strong client connections for enhanced satisfaction and repeat business. I also play a role in mentoring and training subordinate field members, contributing to their professional growth within the organization.
