With over eight years of experience in product and project management, I am passionate about creating innovative and customer-centric solutions that enhance the daily lives of millions of people. As a Senior Product Manager at ADT, my team and I lead the development and execution of partnership strategies with State Farm, one of the largest insurance providers in the US. I also hold certifications in Scrum Product Owner, Scrum Master, and Agile Leadership, which demonstrate my commitment to agile principles and practices. In my current role, I have successfully launched the ADT Home Security Program for State Farm Customers, which integrates ADT\'s security solutions seamlessly into State Farm insurance offerings. I have also directed cross-functional teams in the expansion of this program across multiple markets and channels. Additionally, I have managed multiple product initiatives under the ADT Emerging Businesses unit, including the ADT Health E-commerce platform, which offers a convenient and user-friendly way for customers to purchase their medical alert devices. Through these projects, I have leveraged my skills in group management, reporting and analysis, and strategic roadmaps to deliver value to both ADT and its partners.
