Foster & Foster specializes in providing actuarial consulting services for retirement and health & welfare plans for all types of employers specific to their individual needs. We are an independent national actuarial consulting firm founded in 1979 by Ward and Eileen Foster. In that first year, the firm had one consultant with revenues of $1,500. Today we have offices from coast to coast and provide consulting and actuarial services to nearly clients representing over 1 million participants. In 2005, Brad Heinrichs came aboard and became the President and CEO. Since then, our team has taken several steps to expand and diversify the business, which had previously focused solely on Florida public pension funds. As Principal Actuarial Consultant, I consult pension boards on all aspects of retirement benefits, focus on the day-to-day operations of the firm, and work tirelessly to grow our business. Additionally, I’m a frequent speaker at public pension conferences across the country including the International Foundation, the National Conference on Public Employee Retirement Systems (NCPERS), and various state and local conferences.
