Onshore duties included:\\\\n•Preparation of procedures for installation and maintenance of subsea equipment within the deepwater project. Scopes included installation and tie-in of Xmas Trees, Rigid Jumpers, Umbilicals, Flexibles Flowlines, Subsea Control Modules and Hydraulic & Electrical flying leads. Subsea operations included pressure testing, Diamond wire cutting, dredging, ROV connections & valve functioning, all requiring extensive ROV intervention.\\\\n•Development and presentation of onshore risk assessments for various scopes.\\\\n•Attendance at Client Engineering meetings to help develop engineering solutions and define schedules for upcoming workscopes.\\\\n•Site preparation of equipment and coordination of various Trial Lifts and System Integration tests.\\\\n•Management of subcontractors and interfacing with various internal departments such as the SS7 structural and equipment groups based in the UK.\\\\n\\\\nOffshore duties included:\\\\n•Overseeing offshore execution of installation and maintenance scopes defined above.\\\\n•Development of onboard documentation such as Task Plans, Risk Assessments and Managements of Change.\\\\n•Management of various departments onboard including ROV, Survey, Inspection, Rigging and Marine.\\\\n•Liaising with Client and subcontractors onboard (including FMC and Bourbon)\\\\n•Managing the maintenance and design improvements of project equipment such as deck winches, rigging, spreader frames and various other installation aids.\\\\n \\\\n\\\\n \\\\n \\\\n\\\\n \\\\n
