I am a Senior Technology & Data Leader with more than 20 years of experience delivering and modernizing mission-critical systems in highly regulated public-sector environments, with deep expertise in Medicaid enterprise platforms and large-scale data ecosystems. I currently lead delivery operations for a large Medicaid Enterprise Data Warehouse (EDW) environment, overseeing large portfolios, financial forecasting, and cross-functional engineering and analytics teams. With more than 16 years of project and program management experience and PMP certification, I am a people-first leader who builds strong teams, mentors future leaders, and drives consistent execution across complex initiatives.In 2025, I completed my MBA with a focus on AI-driven enterprise transformation.
