About Jason Fleming
I started my career as a business analyst for Target Corporation in Minneapolis, MN while in college and upon graduation from Hamline University. From there, I spent 8 years working in Accenture and Wipro Consulting’s commercial practices supporting the retail industry. I also spent time working for a European software company launching a new software product for both the healthcare and retail industries. While at Booz Allen, I have worked on large projects primarily focused on process improvement and documentation, requirements, change management, as well as program/project management.Throughout my career, I have worked mostly on client facing roles and have spanned the areas of strategy/discovery phases, requirements/process design and analysis, solution design and development, testing and end user change management for large systems implementations.Outside of work, I coach competitive ice hockey, and support the Minnesota Vikings.
