I successfully implemented over 20 state Medicaid Payer programs and guided numerous MCE/MCO Payers through interface builds, significantly improving client experiences and product reliability.My experience also includes senior roles at Ohio Health, McKesson, and Express Scripts, where I managed large-scale IT projects, integrated new technologies, and optimized workflows to meet evolving business needs. My ability to lead teams through high-pressure scenarios, coupled with my technical acumen, has consistently driven project success and client satisfaction.I hold a Master’s in Business Administration along with a PMP certification. My expertise spans project management, product development, agile methodologies, and strategic planning.
