Manage a high-volume portfolio of 500+ macro modification sites, overseeing full project lifecycles from scoping through activation.• Perform comprehensive scope reviews and evaluate RFDS, FCDs, structural analyses, A&E packages, power requirements, and vendor quotes to ensure technical and financial accuracy.• Develop BOMs, validate GC estimates, and manage material procurement and delivery to align with construction schedules.• Serve as primary contact for general contractors, providing clear direction, resolving field issues, and maintaining schedule adherence.• Oversee purchase orders, change orders, audits, and final invoicing to ensure accurate documentation and compliance.• Maintain project trackers, databases, and progress reporting; lead vendor calls and use data analytics to monitor performance and mitigate risks.• Coordinate cross-functionally with RF, Real Estate, Regulatory, A&E, Network Assurance, and System Operations to ensure readiness and compliance for all modifications.• Prepare Methods of Procedure (MOPs) for migration and integration activities, including emergency backout procedures to protect live network performance.• Coordinate with Network Assurance teams to integrate new basebands, routers, and hardware; support diagnostic testing (PIM, VSWR, RET, bandwidth) and manage issue resolution through GCs or third-party vendors.• Approve site activations following successful construction, integration, and performance validation.• Manage Ericsson baseband upgrade projects for sites requiring limited-scope enhancements outside traditional modification workflows.• Demonstrate strong communication, time management, and problem-solving skills with the ability to adapt quickly and adopt new processes.
