About Jason Lee

Jason is a Technical Program Manager at Netflix building security programs at the intersection of organizational behavior, AI, data, and engineering. His work spans designing real-time data pipelines, launching gamified security platforms, and embedding security and privacy into how Netflix\'s workforce uses generative AI at scale. He earned his Master of Engineering in Engineering Management from Dartmouth College, a program jointly taught by the Thayer School of Engineering and the Tuck School of Business, and served as Student Body President while there. He previously graduated Magna Cum Laude in Computer Science from Colorado School of Mines. Before Netflix, Jason built and shipped an end-to-end robotics package management platform across Amazon\'s manufacturing facilities and developed AI-powered motion analysis software for assembly line optimization. Earlier, he led generative AI policy work at Veterans United Home Loans, where he worked across engineering, legal, and product to ship company-wide AI guidelines used by nearly employees. He holds a PMP certification and has done research on covert AI hardware security attacks through a Google-sponsored program, using deep learning techniques to extract neural networks from edge devices. Outside of work, Jason is an active triathlete who stays deeply curious about where AI systems are headed next, particularly at the edges where agents, security, and real-world infrastructure start to intersect.
