   Co-founded and built one of NYC’s most influential incubators for new talent, dedicated to discovering, developing, and launching singular artistic voices.Co-conceived and implemented Ars Nova’s mission, creating a pipeline that launched thousands of artists, including Lin-Manuel Miranda, Bess Wohl, Rachel Chavkin, Dave Malloy, Billy Eichner, Bridget Everett, Branden Jacobs-Jenkins, Shaina Taub, Alex Timbers, Heather Christian, and Bowen Yang.Produced and premiered award-winning productions including Natasha, Pierre & the Great Comet of 1812 (12 Tony nominations, 2 wins), Freestyle Love Supreme (Special Tony Award), Underground Railroad Game (Obie Award), KPOP (Broadway transfer), and Oratorio for Living Things (Lucille Lortel Award).Partnered with board and executive leadership to grow Ars Nova into a multi-venue institution, including the purchase of its primary space and expansion to Greenwich House Theater.Championed equity and access initiatives such as the Fair Pay Initiative and Name Your Price ticketing.Recognized with the Lucille Lortel Award for Outstanding Body of Work, Ross Wetzsteon OBIE Award, and Drama Critics’ Circle Award for sustained commitment to new work.Currently serving as Strategic Advisor, supporting Ars Nova’s leadership transition, fundraising strategy, and a major capital campaign, while offering my expertise to other organizations seeking to grow, innovate, or reimagine their models for artist development and audience engagement.
