About Jason Dodge
Nearly a decade of Corporate Management experience with focus on team building, sales forecasting, purchasing and Human Resources. Current role as business owner with 12+ years experience as a local start up to regional top shelf men’s grooming destination. Momentum barbershop has enabled me to learn how to recruit, teach and staff a 12 staff destination that’s won best barbershop 5x. We are also the first shop to set the standard with online booking, accepting alternate forms of payment open 7 days per week. Since being open, we’ve grown from 1 part time Barber to 12 full time Barbers; increasing firm 25 services per week to 600+ consistently. As a result, Maine has since opened 3 schools to supply the demand; and coincidentally modern, licensed Barbershops have grown from 2 to over 2 dozen in the same period of time with no signs of slowed demand. Additionally, in the 5th Anniversary of business, I obtained a first attempt license after being self taught Barbering. 7.5 years later, I am now qualified as a supervisor to teach others; and eager to do so.
