As the Director of Business Partnerships at Cristo Rey St. Viator (CRSV), I serve as a key outward-facing leader responsible for developing and maintaining strategic relationships with corporate partners, industry leaders, and community stakeholders. My work directly supports the school’s mission to prepare students of limited economic means for success in college, career, and life through meaningful employment experiences.I lead the cultivation of new partnerships and steward existing relationships to ensure retention, satisfaction, and growth, with a central focus on students’ performance and development in the workplace. I represent CRSV in various professional settings—presenting the Corporate Work Study Program (CWSP), attending industry events, and identifying new business opportunities aligned with organizational goals. In collaboration with the President and senior leadership, I help shape the school’s strategic direction for corporate engagement and contribute to decision-making processes that advance both educational and workforce development outcomes.CRSV’s CWSP functions as a separately incorporated employment agency that places students in job-sharing teams across a variety of industries. Corporate partners provide a service fee to the CWSP, enabling students to help finance their education while gaining critical workplace skills. Through this innovative model, I help ensure that every student has access to full and meaningful employment, contributing to a future where talent and potential are not limited by economic circumstances.
