As the head of the Change Function for all reconciliations onboarded in the firm’s strategic system (Intellimatch), I manage the delivery of all firm-driven and client-driven reconciliation change initiatives • Lead in the high-level project assessment and forecast, technical analysis and design of each project’s requirements by working closely with the clients and/or technology teams• Design the build and guide technology resources with the development and issue resolution of each automation project• Perform code, configuration and package reviews to ensure builds follow the proper build standards, as well as conduct post-release reviews to ensure deployment is properly handled• Collaborate with internal technology and change teams in assessing and prioritizing high-impact initiatives, as well as in capturing actual cost savings and revenues post the completion of each project• Work closely with the project management team in estimating technology efforts and costs, calculating return on investment, and forecast a delivery timeline based on technology resources and dependencies for each automation project• Provide escalated support to production-related reconciliation issues and mentorship to junior members of the wider Reconciliations Technology team
