Our advantage is experience and the ability to bring the best teams to the table to meet client requirements.In charge of strategic and tactical management and growth of the Managed Service practice for WytCote including implementation of key business drivers for the company including the division’s operations, software platforms (CRM, ERP, Accounting, Sharepoint, Business Intelligence, etc), and the hardware and security to support those directives for better efficiency. Works hands on with the engineering team during project deployments. Serves as a point of escalation for the service desk and engineering staff. Manages defining and implementing processes and procedures for the division. Training and goal setting of staff. Successfully brings the department sustained growth. Collaboration with clients, the WytCote team, and vendors to identify business requirements. Translates those requirements into technical solutions in alignment with specifically outlined areas of improvement and goal achievement. Heavily involved in day to Operations, Project Management, Vendor Management, and customer relationship building. Consistently learns the technical aspects of new technologies that benefit the organization and its\' clients. Additionally, collaborates with the internal product development team on new solutions tailored to meet the needs of multiple verticals, including investment, commercial, retail, healthcare, higher education, and government agencies.
