Seasoned professional who now leads an effort focused on increasing investment in diverse money managers who don’t look like most of their peers. Degree in public policy and passionate about education advocacy and reform - previously volunteered with iMentor (working with New York City high school students on their college admissions), helped formulate a corporate fundraising strategy for Pink Space Theory (non-profit startup looking to promote STEAM education for girls of color), and conducted thesis work on ROADS Charter School (now New Visions II) in the Bronx (provided findings and recommendations for older high school students with few or no credits looking to graduate in a timely manner). Highly motivated and looking to help others in disenfranchised or otherwise inequitable environments.

   A byproduct of our DEI effort; expands our sustainability framework to combine environmental (preserving the natural world) and corporate governance (corporate social responsibility) aspects of investing with our well-defined social component (support of gender and diversity, equity, and inclusion). Lead the firm’s effort to identify, evaluate and reframe the organization’s Sustainability platform (over investment products), providing clarity to clients investing in social change, enabling them to quantify the social impact of their contributions. Chair the investment committee responsible for determining Sustainability ratings for all investment products, accounting for ~$50 billion in assets
