I’m Jason Davis, founder of Ralli Marketing, and I’ve been fortunate to have a journey shaped by incredible mentors and a supportive community. My passion for entrepreneurship was ignited at St. Francis Xavier University (STFX), where two key mentors opened my eyes to the possibilities in business. Their guidance helped me find the courage to leave a master’s program and dive into my first business full-time.Over the years, I’ve had the privilege of working with and learning from talented individuals in various businesses. I’ve acquired four companies, and in exiting three, I’ve seen firsthand the power of collaboration and shared goals. These experiences have allowed me to help other business leaders navigate their own paths, particularly in my role as a Second in Command (2iC), where I focus on supporting them and driving success together.I’m deeply committed to giving back to the business community in Nova Scotia, a place that has given me so much. My work is dedicated to helping fellow entrepreneurs reach their goals and contributing to the broader economic growth of the region. It’s about building a thriving community where we all succeed together.I live in Bedford with my wife and two daughters, and spend as much time as we can at our cottage in Five Islands, Nova Scotia. In my personal time, I enjoy reading and exploring the natural beauty of this province that we’re lucky to call home.
