Completed 5S, Waste, Visual Management, Labor Cost Analysis and Problem-Solving training across multiple sites • Worked with Management Teams across multiple sites to implement a cross training matrix, define key roles and responsibilities and Standardized Work Instructions • Worked with a large customer to analyze outbound truck cost. Collected data and determined the future state need for trucks per week vs the current state plan. End result-Decreased the number of trucks by 2 per week-6K savings (weekly). • Led a 12-month roadmap building project across multiple sites. Worked with GM’s and Management to process map, analyze current state, brainstorm, and identify areas of opportunity. Set SMART targets and lead weekly meetings to discuss progress. As part of the roadmap creation, we implemented weekly Gemba walks for Management • Worked with the Newark Inbound Team to build and implement a daily schedule and forecasting tool that allows the team to understand daily production need and hours allocation to improve scheduling to better control labor hours • Leading an Outbound process Kaizen event. Goal is to reduce the number of inspection points, reduce the labor, implement built in quality into the process and improve the current use of technology (Lineage Link) to make the tool more value add for Management
