As a team we manage, train, and coach a team as large as approximately 500 employees.• Represented multiple frontline employees who have been promoted into the supervisor/management ranks.• Assisted with the development of university-level Hospitality coursework geared toward the gaming environment in conjunction with Oklahoma State University’s Department of Hospitality and Tourism Management.Project Management• Directly responsible for the pre-opening responsibilities of 15+ F&B projects, and renovation of multiple venues and concepts.• Involved in 4 major expansions that have resulted in the current Hard Rock Tulsa resort destination that offers a variety of dining options, 8 Bar / Nightclub options, 2700 seat concert venue, 2400+ electronic gaming machines, 450+ hotel rooms, over sq. ft of convention space, and a Perry Maxwell designed golf course.• Contributed to new construction or remodeling projects for several other CNE gaming properties. The most recent would be the conversion of Cherokee Casino West Siloam Springs buffet operation into a Food Hall housing 7 different dining or beverage options.
