   Served as the V22 technical data structural team lead/focal and subject matter expert (SME), overseeing a team of five personnel in the creation and maintenance of the V22 technical manual in the IETM. • Implemented streamlined processes for the Boeing V22 Structural Repair Manual (SRM) project, ensuring uniform formatting of tasks and improving authoring efficiency, resulting in an 85% increase in team output. • Collaborated with Boeing partner Bell to develop a new style guide for the SRM, enhancing the development of SRM items and successfully delivering 85 SRM items to the customer since March 2020. • Accountable for tracking the completion of Technical Publication Deficiency Reports (TPDRs), ensuring timely assignment and authoring to achieve 100% contract fulfillment while maintaining quality and consistency standards. • Conducted thorough research and review of engineering changes for V22 structural items, assigning tasks for development in alignment with release schedule. • Provided training and guidance to personnel in the development of tasks for the IETM within Authoring Tool, ensuring understanding of standards and commitments were met. • Facilitated effective communication and coordination between multiple stakeholders, including engineering and reviewers, to successfully meet task requirements. • Utilized expert knowledge and problem-solving abilities to determine the most efficient course of action for incorporating data into the IETM, ensuring optimal functionality and usability. • Established and facilitated weekly team meetings to foster sharing and support amongst team members, promoting team cohesion during and beyond COVID protocols. • Developed a digital Workboard to effectively track work progress and foster a Lean mindset, resulting in a 25% increase in productivity as authors were able to assign work to themselves and access all relevant information easily.
