Responsibilities include: • Full P&L ownership of over $50MM in revenue across 100+ SKU\'s o Grown topline revenue by over 30% in the past 4 years o Grown margin by over 15% in light of inflation and global supply chain issues due to COVID pandemic o Produced over $15MM in off-shelf promotions for WalMart, at times filling in for vendors who backed out of promotions due to supply chain issues o Removed over $2MM in costs during 2021 to offset cost increases to WalMart o Annual JBP\'s with customers to ensure 100% alignment to partnership goals o Drive innovation with WalMart that meets their shoppers\' and category needs o Oversee cross-functional team of over 40 employees to manage day-to-day operations of WalMart • Lead the business development for contract manufacturing partners • Manage numerous vendor partners/contracts including IP, artwork agencies and brokers • Lead all aspects of commercializing new product development across our Respiratory category o Developed and implemented 3yr innovation road maps across all categories o Develop, conduct and implement category/product research that supports launches o Run cross-functional teams that include Regulatory, Quality, Production, Engineering, Sourcing, and Supply Chain • Active lead for Sales and Marketing at ASO across numerous initiatives: o Reinvestment of over $25MM in our Operations o Operational Excellence platform o New ERP system
