ABOUT JASON CROWNOVER
Since graduating from Middle Tennessee State University in 2020, I’ve been working in staffing and recruiting in the manufacturing industry.After graduation, I accepted a role with Helion Group as an Inside Sales Representative/Recruiter and focused on fulfilling open requisitions in skilled labor/manufacturing roles.Shortly afterwards, I was promoted to Corporate Recruiter, where I worked alongside C-Suite executives to identify needs within our internal team and implemented effective recruiting strategies. In my current role with Atlas Machine & Supply, I am apart of our fulfillment team. I manage my branch’s inventory and handle order fulfillment, as well as client relations, conflict management. Outside of work, I am a huge sports fan. I grew up playing sports and had a focus in Sports Media Management and Communications while in college. I enjoy travelling with my wife and love engaging and building relationships with others.
