   I serve as a strategic leader who owns and optimizes all aspects of Learning & Development, including developing the learning strategy for all of Walden Security. While building partnerships and collaborating with all levels of leadership and stakeholders, I built a high-performing, L&D team from the ground up. Through creative design, use of emerging technologies, and strong project management skills, we develop award-winning training programs (ranked by Training Magazine for the past 5 years) that align with our business strategies and help students retain knowledge. Successes I redesigned our orientation program to reflect the culture of caring by calling for all leadership to roll out the red carpet for our newest team members. Through The Walden Way, over 93% of participants understand our culture thereby reducing our turnover and saving an estimated $1.39 million in return on intervention (recognized by Training Magazine as a best practice). I designed a leadership development program (Leadership Pathways) that incorporates training into the day-to-day routine of frontline leaders through a multi-faceted approach using a series of job shadows, mentoring, guided coaching, simulations, and virtual training sessions resulting in a decrease in overtime costs by 3%(recognized as an outstanding training initiative by Training Magazine). We increased sales by 23% using a series of flipped & traditional classrooms, mentorships, team workshops, and just-in-time coaching that built foundational knowledge and addressed various skills gaps within the sales team. Achieving Exceptional Outcomes resulted in an additional $57 million in revenue. We saved nearly through a reduction in turnover attributed to our Virtual Walden Way orientation program that uses Adobe Connect\'s interface to help attendees feel empowered and capable of improving the service to our security officers (recognized by Training Magazine as an outstanding training initiative).
