Essentially pizza-topia! • Work side by side with franchisees in stores assessing and measuring their business through Ops Standards and KPI’s. • Lead business review process, planning, presenting, and crafting a follow up plan with two key focuses per a franchisee that is discussed on frequently scheduled market tours. • Partner with franchisee to assess and optimize their business to generate maximum EBITDA.
