I came into real estate through value, not vanity. I started appraising real estate in 2004, and I stayed in that work until 2010, learning early that numbers tell the truth long before a sales pitch does. I stepped into my first investment in 2008. Since then, I have completed hundreds of residential investments, and that road taught me what lifts value, what quietly drains it, what looks polished from the curb but falls apart under honest inspection, and what kind of judgment protects money when the market quits flattering fools.
